Our Dental Implant Technology
Dr. Andrew’s Perry’s doctoral degree and years of extensive experience with dental implants and oral surgery make him an excellent choice as a tooth replacement dentist. Our dental office has invested in advanced technologies which greatly improve the ease of surgery and successful implant restorations.
Dr. Perry can handle every stage of the dental implant process.
This includes tooth extraction, bone or tissue grafting, guided surgical implant placement, and tooth colored restoration. By grouping the entire implant process together though one highly trained dentist, it all can happen under one roof.
Dr. Perry has completed hundreds of hours of continuing education in the field of dental implant placement and restoration. He is on track to acquire fellowship status in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI)
Dr. Perry offers no-cost consultations to patients who are exploring dental implant treatment as an option to replace missing or damaged teeth. He also offers complimentary second opinions for dental implant cases. With proper care, dental implants are a strong and long-lasting option for restoring the natural ability to chew and smile with confidence.
When weighing the cost of dental implants, many patients consider the long-term value they offer. Implants, once placed, are like a regular tooth in that they do not require any special care beyond brushing and flossing, unlike partial and full dentures. Many patients view dental implants as an investment in the future of their oral health. With proper ongoing care, implants can last a lifetime.
In regards to your personal commitment of time, many are able to get dental implants quicker than they think possible. Depending on your schedule and availability, appointments can be made close together. The dental implant will be placed and given time to heal. Healing is often 3-4 months, depending on the circumstances and overall patient health. Most patients experience very little discomfort or down-time while getting a dental implant.
Dental implants are placed after numbing and pain management is in place. Once the numbness subsides, there is often minimal discomfort. Since there is not a lot of pain associated with dental implants, our patients are genuinely surprised at how well they feel post-operatively. Your comfort is a top priority for us, and Dr. Perry and his team will be available to address how you feel before, during, and after the procedure.
The below dental implant videos focus on a Single Posterior (lower) Implant and a Single Anterior (upper) Implant and healing cap.
