The benefits of digital radiographs are enormous. They are higher quality, available to read immediately, and are no longer held in a single location as with traditional films. This versatility allows Dr. Perry to make immediate recommendations based on your individual dental circumstances.
CEREC Same Day Crowns
Our office uses 3D CAD/CAM technology in order to provide the safest most convenient treatment available. Crowns, onlays, veneers, and bridges can be milled in-office and delivered the same day without the need for temporaries or a second visit.
Implant Supported Denture
One of the best indications for dental implants is for the use of stabilizing loose dentures. Whether you are only missing a few teeth or all teeth, implants serve to fix the denture in place. Our office offers the full range of implant supported treatments including the extraction of teeth, placement of implants and fabrication of new or existing dentures.
Low Dose 3D Cone Beam
Allows for a three-dimensional view of your teeth and jaws which aids in safe and accurate implant placement and root canal procedures. Cone Beam X-ray is a specially calibrated type of X-ray which allows imaging to be taken at a faster and higher rate than ever before. Sirona 3D Imaging goes beyond traditional diagnostics and treatment capabilities by calculating a large volume 3D image set, more than 500 exposures, in a single low-dose 3D scan of 15 seconds or less.
These are more efficient than traditional air-driven handpieces, with improved speed and torque. They are also quieter. The typical noise level of a high-speed air-driven handpiece is 70-80 dB; the typical noise level of an electric handpiece is 55-60 dB. Every 10 decibel level of noise reduction is perceived by humans as a 50% reduction in noise. This makes for a more pleasant treatment for the patient.
Sonicfill Composite System
Sonicfill is a single-step technique for placement of composite (tooth-colored) fillings. In this system, the composite filling material is sonic-activated, resulting in superior adaptability along with outstanding strength and esthetics. Composite tooth-colored fillings are virtually indistinguishable from surrounding teeth, and do not cause discoloration or discomfort, unlike older metal fillings.
A picture is worth 1,000 words. Our small intra-oral cameras take high-resolution pictures, which enhance communication between the doctor and patient. They also allow the patient to gain a greater understanding of their oral health and take charge of positive changes going forward.
